This guide walks you through everything — from creating your free account to becoming a full member and accessing all that is available to you in our church community.
Four simple steps. You can start right now — it takes less than five minutes.
Go to the Member Hub and tap Create Account. You only need your name, your email address, and a password you choose yourself. No code is needed at this stage — it is completely free and open to everyone.

Once you create your account and sign in, you will land on your Subscriber Dashboard. This is your home. You already have access to these sections straight away — no code needed:
From your Subscriber Dashboard, scroll down to the upgrade section and tap "Request an invitation code." This notifies the pastoral team. They will generate a code for you and send it to the email address you used when creating your account.
Your code will look something like this:
When your code arrives by email, go back to your Subscriber Dashboard, enter it in the membership code box, and tap "Request Membership." You are now a full member. Your dashboard unlocks with everything below.

If you serve in a ministry area, a pastor or administrator will assign the matching role to your account — unlocking the tools for your area of service.
