🛠️ Materials You'll Need

  • Brown construction paper
  • Colored paper (red, orange, yellow, green)
  • Large poster board or paper
  • Scissors
  • Glue
  • Markers

📝 Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Make the Tree Trunk

Cut a tree trunk and branches from brown paper. Glue it to your poster board.

Step 2: Cut Leaf Shapes

Cut lots of leaf shapes from colored paper. Make them different colors like fall leaves!

Step 3: Write Thank Yous

On each leaf, write something you're thankful for (family, friends, home, food, Jesus, etc.).

Step 4: Glue Leaves

Glue the leaves all over the branches to make a full, colorful tree.

Step 5: Add More Leaves

Keep adding leaves whenever you think of something new to be thankful for!

Step 6: Display Your Tree

Hang your tree where you can see it every day and remember to be thankful!
