Obedience
Obedience means doing what you're told right away, with a good attitude. When we obey our parents and God, we show respect and trust.
"Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right."

Bible Story: Noah Builds the Ark
Genesis 6-9
God told Noah to build a huge boat called an ark because a big flood was coming. Noah obeyed God even though it seemed strange—there wasn't even any rain yet! Noah worked hard and did exactly what God said. Because Noah obeyed, his family and the animals were saved from the flood.
How to Practice Obedience
- Do your chores the first time you're asked
- Follow your teacher's instructions at school
- Obey safety rules to keep yourself safe
- Listen to God's Word in the Bible
- Obey even when no one is watching
